HOW DOES IT WORK

The PREMOPLUS can be easily installed outside any engine as a bypass oil filter system, therefore not affecting the full flow system.

 

OIL FILTER MICRON RATINGS

After the install of the PREMOPLUS, the secondary bypass oil system runs through the filter to physically remove contaminants. The PREMOPLUS is a synthetic oil filter with a beta rating of B3 = 75. This rating means that the oil filter traps 98.7% of all particles 3 microns or larger on each pass.

 

The newly cleaned oil then flows through a metering jet that allows 16-20 litres of volume per hour to travel through the evaporating chamber. The chamber is designed to remove all unwanted moisture in the oil by electrically heating it to 195F, then discharging it through the upper vent. This scrubbed and moisture free oil is then gravity fed back into the oil pan, leaving you with an engine that constantly runs on clean, dry and wear-metal free oil.

The PremoPlus Bypass Filtration System

The PREMO can be easily installed outside any engine as a by-pass system that does not affect the full flow system. Oil enters the inlet port at the side under normal operating pressure and is channelled down through the spin-on filter where solid contaminants such as carbon, soot, dirt (silicon), wear metal particulates, and any foreign solids are trapped.

 

The PREMO filter contains a breakthrough in filter media technology. It is a synthetic media with a ISO 4572 BETA RATING of B3 = 75 (This Beta rating means that the filter traps 98.7% of all particles 3 microns or larger on each pass). Free of dirt and wear metal particles, the oil flows through a metering jet that allows 4 to 5 gallons per hour to travel into the patented evaporation chamber where it flows over an electrically heated surface in a thin film.

 

The dirt free oil is heated to 195 degrees where the fuel dilution, water and liquid contaminants are evaporated and discharged through the upper vent tube. Completely clean oil returns to the engine by gravity. The continuous repetition of this cycle keeps your oil clean, increases the life of the engine and reduces your maintenance costs. Periodic laboratory oil analysis will virtually eliminate oil changes disposal costs.
